All properties advertised on the Home Search part of this website must comply with the SASSH Property Accreditation Standards, or, in the case of rooms let as lodgings within a landlord’s own home, the SASSH Standards for Rooms Let within a Domestic Dwelling. By submitting a property for advertisement, a landlord is declaring that the property meets the appropriate standards.

In addition, valid Gas and Electrical safety certificates must be provided for each property.

arrow DISCOUNT FOR HMO LICENSING
- Landlords will receive the discount on HMO Licensing fees shown below:
        - £65 if the licence holder is a member of an approved landlord association. 
        - £65 if the licensable property is covered by an approved accreditation scheme (e.g. SASSH) 
        - £65 if multiple applications are made at the same time, by the same licence holder (discount for 2nd and subsequent applications only).
