All properties advertised on the Home Search part of this website must comply with the SASSH Property Accreditation Standards, or, in the case of rooms let as lodgings within a landlord’s own home, the SASSH Standards for Rooms Let within a Domestic Dwelling. By submitting a property for advertisement, a landlord is declaring that the property meets the appropriate standards.

In addition, valid Gas and Electrical safety certificates must be provided for each property.
